How do I join Age Space?

Joining Age Space is free.   You can browse the content on the site for free, but you must register to contribute to the Forum.   Registration is free.

I’ve changed email address, how do I update my registration?

You can amend your registration details at any time by selecting the login icon at the top right hand on each page.

I’ve forgotten my password?

Don’t worry.  As long as you know the email address you registered with, we can send you a link to reset your Age Space password.  All you need to do is go to the login page – click on the icon at the top right hand on each page.  Or click info@agespace.org.

Why haven’t I received my confirmation email from you?

Check your junk/spam folder.   Some email providers have very strong filters so it is possible that its been deleted.  Drop us an email – and we’ll authorise your registration.

How do I post a message in the Forum?

You need to register/be logged in before you can post in the Forum. 

·         At the bottom of each conversation/thread there is a “reply to this topic” box.

·         Type your message in.

·         If you want to be notified of replies to your post, make sure you tick the box at the bottom left of your post.

·         Once you are happy with your message, click “submit reply”.

·         It then goes live and other users can see it.

If you can’t remember your password we can send you a reminder.

How do I start a new topic in the Forum?

You need to register/log in before you can start a new topic in the Forum.  Select the relevant forum, and at the top right click on the “start a new topic” button, and start typing.

Is there a quick way to find information on a topic?

You can search for information and pages by keyword using the search icon.  Just enter the word(s) you want to find and click the search button.

How do I change my user name?

You are able to change your password but not your user/display name.

How do I report a post in the Forum?

Reporting a post is easy.  Click on ‘report post’ button above each post, right next to the post date and it will bring up a new box for you to let us know why you want to report it.

How do I delete a post in the Forum?

You can’t.  Only Age Space can authorise deletions from the Forum.  To request that a post be deleted, please use the ‘report post’ button above each post, right next to the post date and we will take a look.

How do I advertise on Age Space?

Please email us – info@agespace.org and we can send you our media guide.

How do I make a media request?

Please email us – info@agespace.org and we will get in touch with you.
