Key Safe

Asked by

Having a smug moment.  Finally got around to putting up a key safe outside my aunt’s house. It’s been on the to do list for months and I knew it was really really important.  Terrified there would be a disaster one day when she got locked out or we needed to get in in an emergency and didn’t have a spare key. Finally got round to it when her neighbour who has a spare key said he was going away for a week. Started having sleepless moments about it and decided it was time for action.  Shopped around a bit and found what seems to be a robust version with BIG buttons. Still not sure how we’d see them in the dark in a hurry, but it’s a start ?.

    Caution

After having a policeman give our group a talk on safety, he said key safes where an indicator that a vulnerable person lived inside and all it took was a hammer to bash it off the wall! Hope the verified version has an alarm or something to prevent this.
