Lifeline Alarm

Asked by

My mum keeps falling and so the NHS arranged Contact care to be installed. It’s a lifeline alarm worn as a pendant around your neck. If you fall and press the red button on the pendant it wirelessly connects to the installed phone hub and a call centre team member can talk to you on loud speaker wherever you are in your home to get assistance out to you. They have contact numbers of family, friends or neighbours and can call the emergency services. Brilliant and takes away the worry.

Coronavirus Support Group

In light of the current situation with Coronavirus we’ve created a group for people supporting elderly relatives at risk of Coronavirus.

A chance to virtually meet others in the same position, ask questions and share your experience in these strange and uncertain times.

It’s going to be a big team effort to get through this.
