Our Experience with the Telecare24 Fall Plan

The Telecare24 Fall Alarm plan is a step up from a basic pendant alarm, enabling automatic fall detection. Meaning that the device can work out if a fall has taken place and can alert the 24/7 monitoring team. 

When the monitoring team is alerted, either through a fall or by the wearer pressing the SOS button, they will put in a call via the digital base unit. Through its clear, strong speaker and microphone set-up the responder can talk to the wearer, work out what is wrong and determine the right next action. This could be nothing if its a false alarm, calling a family member and ask them to check in, or sending in the emergency services. 

Buying the fall alarm plan is very easy with two buying options (monthly or annually) depending on how you’d like to breakdown paying for it.
