Age Space is delighted to have Poundbury Wealth Management as one of our key partners in Dorset. This introduction to their business explains what they do and how they can help.
Tim Gallego, Partner of Poundbury Wealth Management, has a wide range of expertise and knowledge in building and preserving wealth, developed over many years in the financial services industry. As a firm we enable individuals and business people to fulfil their aims and aspirations, as well as offering that all important ‘peace of mind’ for the future.
Many of our clients are business owners, company Directors, investment bankers and busy professionals and retirees. They have similar issues, in that they have little time to manage their financial affairs & want to build a long term relationship with a trusted advisor who is dedicated to enhancing their wealth, effectively and tax efficiently.
We provide our clients with friendly, straight-speaking expert financial advice and excellent service. Working with clients over the long term, we create a individual private client financial plan to help them to achieve their financial goals at each stage of their life, be that:
- building and protecting wealth
- ensuring they maintain their lifestyle at retirement
- protecting their inheritance for the next generation
Working as a Partner Practice with St. James’s Place Wealth Management means that our clients have the opportunity to benefit from a level of investment expertise, trusted advice and experience that it is difficult to find in financial services.
Poundbury Wealth Management LLP represents St. James’s Place Wealth Management and offers a personal face to face wealth management service in London, Dorset and throughout the South of England.
The Later Life Adviser Accreditation
Tim Gallego has received accreditation from The Later Life Adviser Accreditation (LLAA)which is the recognised benchmark for advice skills of advisers who specialise in later life planning. An accredited Later Life Adviser can advise on equity release*, long term care funding, pensions and annuities, investment planning, savings and tax planning.
Being independently accredited offers the added reassurance that you will receive the practical help and guidance needed to help you make the right decisions at the right time.
The Later Life Adviser Accreditation Scheme is audited and endorsed by the standard-setting body the Financial Skills Partnership (FSP) and advisers need to re-license their accreditation annually, evidencing their continued development and knowledge.
Society of Later Life Advisers
Tim is also a member of The Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA), a not for profit organisation, created in 2008, to meet the need of consumers, advisers and those who provide financial products and services to the later life market. The Society’s aim is to ensure that consumers are better informed about the financial issues of later life and can find a fully accredited adviser quickly and easily.
SOLLA ensure that all the advisers have fully satisfied all criteria to become an accredited adviser. This means peace of mind and assurance that the advice you are given is from an Adviser who has proved they have specialist knowledge of the sector.
The Partner Practice represents only St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority) for the purpose of advising solely on the Group’s wealth management products and services, more details of which are set out on the Group’s website at www.sjp.co.uk/products. The ‘St. James’s Place Partnership’ and the titles ‘Partner’ and ‘Partner Practice’ are marketing terms used to describe St. James’s Place representatives.
