Prepare to Care is all about encouraging families to get a head start on tomorrow. Starting with three conversations, you can begin to get ready for what the future might bring, making sure that everyone’s desires will be met and that nothing will be a surpise.
Why Prepare to Care matters
Acknowledging that our relatives are getting older is easily avoided, but that can leave us unprepared for when a parent starts struggling to live on their own. We want the best for our loved ones and to make sure that they live their later life in the way that they want. Avoiding the conversations can make their later life harder, lonelier and more expensive.
Prepare to Care is all about encouraging us all to take the first steps to getting ready for the later stages of our family member’s lives.
