COATS Centre for Crowthorne's Seniors
The COATS centre is a pillar of the elderly community in Crowthorne. A two or three course freshly cooked lunch is available each day for a reasonable cost of ยฃ6.

Age UK Reading runs a day service for local elderly people to attend as an opportunity to meet up with friends and have a substantial meal or afternoon tea. The aim of the clubs are to encourage a sense of belonging, improve wellbeing and ease loneliness.
The three hour clubs are bookended by transport on ReadiBus which they will help to arrange for you. The Phoenix Resource Centre operates to help adults with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and those with frailty and dementia. The centre is spacious and well-equipped with excellent facilities for activities and highly trained, experienced and caring staff.

The purpose built day centre is a short five minute walk away from the centre of Twyford.
