Broadview Tea Room, Tonbridge

The Broadview Tea Room, which was recently refurbished, overlooks the beautiful Broadview Gardens in Hadlow. You can choose to have your afternoon tea indoors or take it out to the garden on a sunny afternoon.
In addition to the ever-present sandwiches, scones and tea you have the choice of a sweet afternoon tea with cakes, or a savoury afternoon tea with their home-made sausage rolls. You can also choose to add Prosecco or local beers to your afternoon tea for a small price. Tea is served from 2pm to 4pm Monday to Saturday, and from 2pm to 3pm on Sundays.

The Broadview afternoon tea is reasonably priced at £18.50 for their sweet or savoury afternoon teas for two. The price increases to £25 with Prosecco or £23 with beers. If you fancy something smaller they also offer Cream Tea for one, for under £4!

Secret Garden, Ashford

At the Secret Garden in Ashford you can choose from either traditional afternoon tea or savoury afternoon tea (Gentleman’s Relish). If you’re in the mood for something a bit different then you could try their Chocolate Afternoon Tea, which includes chocolate scones, chocolate cakes and mini chocolate pastries.
Tea is served in their their stunning converted coach house and gardens in Mersham Le-Hatch. A very luxurious experience for you and your elderly relatives to enjoy.

Their full afternoon teas cost between £23.95 and £33.95 per person, depending on your menu choice and whether or not you want alcoholic drinks. If you fancy something smaller, they offer Mini Teas for just £15 per person.

Fleur de Thé, Bexleyheath and Rochester
Fleur de Thé have two tea rooms in Kent with a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Their chic tea rooms offer homemade cakes and pastries, traditional teas and coffees. You can choose from their traditional, luxury, sparkling and chocolate afternoon tea, depending on what you are looking for!
48 hours notice is required for their afternoon teas, and they can accommodate for groups of up to 8, thought you will all have to do choose the same afternoon tea menu.

The Fleur de thé Traditional Afternoon Tea, their most affordable option, costs £13.95 a head. The largest price you could pay is for their Sparkling Afternoon Tea which costs £23.95 a head.

The tea room at Danson House, Bexleyheath is fully accessible as it is on the ground floor with an accessible toilet.
