Lunch Clubs for the Elderly in Hampshire

Lunch Clubs for the Elderly in Hampshire

Delicious lunch at a elderly club Hampshire

Lunch clubs provide elderly people with the opportunity to socialise over a regular shared lunch. They present a great reason to get out the house, have a hot, balanced meal and take away the tasks of cooking and washing up!

They are particularly beneficial for older people who feel or are at risk of becoming lonely and socially isolated.

Age Space have put together a list of lunch clubs by organisation, that we think are great across Hampshire County. Contact details are provided for each so that you can get your elderly relative involved.

Take a look at our Local Community Transport Schemes to find help in getting your elderly relative to a lunch club.
