Suffolk Law Advice Centre

Free Legal Advice in Suffolk

The Suffolk Law Advice Centre is a free legal advice service provided through the collaborations of local and national charities. The service can supply 30-mins of advice in most areas of law including family, housing, wills and probate and community care, from legally qualified professional volunteers.

However, given the free nature of the service, availability is somewhat limited. There are 8 family law sessions that run every Thursday from their Ipswich-based offices. Appointments are open to everyone in Suffolk and you can book an appointment by completing this application form and emailing it to lawadvicecentre@iscre.org.uk or ringing 01473 408111. They also offer telephone advice in some cases.
