Befriending Plus, run by Age UK Buckinghamshire, matches trained volunteers with older people who have limited social contact. Matches are made based upon shared interests and experiences. At the discretion of the volunteer, practical assistance can also be provided. This includes help with transport to appointments and collecting prescriptions.

LiveLife is a befriending service offering social, emotional and practical help over the phone. It aims to help people feel less lonely or anxious.
