If you want to have fun whilst boosting your health, Move It or Lose It classes have been developed by experts to help improve flexibility, aerobic health, balance, and strength. Exercises can be done seated or standing, and there will be no getting down on the floor! To feel more energised, healthier, and stronger, you can choose one of Viki’s personalised health coaching programmes, or come along to a Move It or Lose It exercise class. Simply Walk Groups for Seniors in Buckinghamshire
Buckinghamshire Council facilitate friendly and inclusive walking groups across the county. There are differing levels of walking intensity, suitable for different ages and fitness levels. Level 1 walks are over flat ground with no stiles whilst level 4 walks have a gradient and last for over ninety minutes.

Walking Football in Buckinghamshire

Walking Netball in Buckinghamshire
Walking netball is a slower version of the game that so many women love. It has be designed so that it is able to be played by anyone regardless of age or fitness level.
