Move It or Lose It Classes in Buckinghamshire
Movie It or Lose It! are exercise classes designed to improve strength and fitness for older people. They have proved very popular across the UK due to their positive approach and impact on weight loss and sociable approach to allcomers. Classes are tailored to differing abilities.

Buckinghamshire Council facilitate friendly and inclusive walking groups across the county. There are differing levels of walking intensity, suitable for different ages and fitness levels. Movers & Shakers are an exercise group for the over 55s. Sessions involve practical and fun activities to keep the mind, body and soul active. Lunch is also served as part of the cost (£5-£6). Walking Football in Buckinghamshire

Walking Netball in Buckinghamshire
